Agra: Agra famous for Taj Mahal, one of the seven wonders of the world surely the most extravagant expression of love ever created. 20,000 men laboured for over 17 long years to build this memorial to Shah Jahan’s beloved wife. 

One can see the Agra Fort -  the rusty and majestic red-sand stone fort of Agra stands on the banks of the river Yamuna & the construction was started by Emperor Akbar in 1566

One can also see Fatehpur Sikri – A perfectly preserved red sandstone “ghost town” which was the estranged capital of Mughal Emperor Akbar, built between 1571 & 1585 and deserted when it’s water supply failed

Jaipur: Something amazing to see in Jaipur is “Amber Fort”. It is one that cannot be easily described. Ride up on Elephants to the former capital of the Royals set against the backdrop of the wooded hills 

Traditionally known as Pampakshetra of Kishkindha, Hampi is situated on the southern bank of Tungabhadra. Once it was the seat of the mighty Vijayanagara Empire. The monuments of Vijayanagara city, also known as Vidyanagara in honour of the sage Vidyaranya were built between AD 1336-1570, from the times of Harihara-I to Sadasiva Raya. A large number of royal buildings were raised by Krishnadeva Raya (AD 1509-30), the greatest ruler dynasty. Temples of Hampi are noted for their large dimensions, florid ornamentation, bold and delicate carvings, stately pillars, magnificent pavilions and a great wealth of iconographic and traditional depictions, which include subjects from the Ramayana and the Mahabharata. The largest extant temple is that of Pampapati was extensively renovated and is worshipped even now. Its magnificent entrance tower was caused by Krishnadeva

Bangalore:  

In Bangalore one may see different gardens such as Lal Bagh Garden, one lovely looking Temple devoted to Lord Krishna, Bull Temple, Jawaharlal Nehru Planetarium, St. Marks Cathedral, Visvesvaraya Industrial & Technological Museum.

Mysore:

Mysore one see some beautiful things such as Mysore Palace, tea gardens and many other places of interest.

Ooty: Queen of HillStations

One gets to see places of interest in ooty such as Government Botanical Garden, Centenary Rose Garden, Boat House, Children Park, Government Museum

Jai Singh’s Observatory- where past, present & future merge has been accurately measured since the 17th century
