Whats this site about?

The designers of this site have been visiting GOA for over 10 years, usually with tour operators, during this time we have noted that more and more traveler's are making their own way to GOA, for this type of visitor we would like to offer this site as a web portal to "Whats Happening" in GOA and to give some guidance on value for money Guest Houses, the properties have been visited by our webmaster who will only offer businesses that can be recommended as good value,  for inclusion on our site. This site is also offered as an overview for the First time visitor, to give details of GOA and as a frankly written guide.

"Goa Overview" gives details of Goa its History, People, things to see and also a few things to avoid and numerous links to useful information.

"Recommendations" offers links to selected Hotels and Guest Houses that our representatives have visited and can recommend as offering Good value for money. this section has been extended to offer contact details of other businesses that have given good service, taxis, restaurants, shacks, shops etc, please send in your recommendations

"Photo gallery's" shows Goa in all it's beauty, Beaches, Churches, Temples, Markets, Carnivals etc. etc.

"First Time Visitors" offers sections for the 1st time visitor (Virgins), offering a description of what Goa is really like (warts and all) and giving a guide to what to see and do.

"Veterans" is the section for returning or experienced visitors, this features selected News of whats happening in Goa, articles of interest, (example: the ongoing River Princess story)  and also quick links to Goa news sites.
